Discover the path God has called you to in your journey of faithful stewardship with the resources entrusted to you.

  • Red Barn Financial Motto -  "Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine." (Proverbs 3:9-10)
  •  Giving - Regular giving in proportion to income to the local church and/or other Christian ministries. “On the first day of every week each one of you is to put aside and save, as he may prosper, so that no collections be made when I come.“ (1 Corinthians 16:2)
  • Taxes - Exhibit integrity in completing personal and business tax returns. “And Jesus said to them, 'Then render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's.’“ (Luke 20:25)
  • Debt - Minimize the use of personal debt and accept an absolute commitment to debt repayment. “The wicked borrows and does not pay back, but the righteous is gracious and gives.“ (Psalm 37:21) “Just as the rich rule the poor, so the borrower is servant to the lender.“ (Proverbs 22:7)
  • Provision for Family - Accept an absolute commitment to provide for the family that God has entrusted to you. “Prescribe these things as well, so that they may be above reproach. But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.“ (1 Timothy 5:7-8)
  • Lifestyle - Maintain a controlled lifestyle, a family budget, and good cash management skills. “Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Will he not first sit down and estimate the cost to see if he has enough money to complete it?“ (Luke 14:28)
